Departments, divisions and other executive bodies of the City Council are formed by the City Council on the proposal of the Mayor. Accountable to and under the control of the City Council, subordinate to its Executive Committee and the Mayor. The work is coordinated by the Mayor, the Chairman of the City Council, the Deputy Mayors, the Chief Executive Officer of the Executive Committee.

Basics of Activity of Executive Bodies

(extract from the Regulations of the executive bodies of Vinnytsia City Council)

  1. Divisions, departments and other executive bodies of the City Council are formed by the City Council on the proposal of the Mayor, with guaranteed full and productive employment and decent work for women and men, as well as protection of labor rights, safe and secure working conditions for all employees.
  2. The executive bodies of the City Council are accountable and under the control of the City Council, subordinated to its Executive Committee and the Mayor.
  3. Regulations on structural subdivisions (executive bodies) of the City Council are approved by the City Council.

  • Start of work at 8:00
  • Lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00
  • End of work at 17:00
  • The length of the working day on the eve of the holidays is reduced by one hour
