Appointed to the position of Chief Administrative Officer of the Executive Committee from 23.01.2025

Responsible for organising the work of the city council staff and its executive committee, oversees the state of organisational work and record keeping in the executive bodies of the council.

Was born in 1965 in the village of Syhnal, Koziatyn district, Vinnytsia region.

In 1973-1983, studied in secondary school.

1984-1986 - conscript military service in the Soviet Army.

1986-1990 - study at the Kharkiv Law Institute, majoring in jurisprudence.

1990-1994 - service in the Tyvriv district department of internal affairs.

1994-2006 - employee of the prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region.

2007-2011 - deputy head of the Legal Department of Vinnytsia City Council.

From January to April 2011 - Head of the Legal Department of Vinnytsia City Council.

2011-2015 - Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Quality of Vinnytsia City Council.

2015-2025 - Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.

On 23 January 2025, was appointed Chief Administrative Officer of the Executive Committee by the Mayor's order.

Married. Raising two sons.
