Complete higher education.

In 2005, graduated from Vinnytsia National Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

In 2006, graduated from Vinnytsia National Technical University with a degree in Electrical Power Systems and received a qualification of an electrical engineer.

In 2002, started his career at Vinnytsia City Electric Networks as:

  • Energy sales controller
  • Electrician for the operation of electric meters,
  • Engineer-inspector of the energy sales inspection,
  • Head of the energy sales inspection,
  • Head of the technical audit department,
  • Head of the technical audit team,
  • Deputy Director for Electricity Distribution.

On January 06, 2021, by the order of the Mayor, was appointed Acting Director of the Capital Construction Department of the City Council.

On May 17, 2021, was appointed Director of the Capital Construction Department of the City Council.

On August 25, 2023, was appointed Deputy Mayor.

Married and raises a son.
