Born on March 23, 1983 in Zarvantsi village, Vinnytsia district, Vinnytsia region.

After graduating from Yakushentsi secondary school in 2000, he entered Vinnytsia Cooperative College and graduated in 2002 with a degree in law.

From 2002 to 2005, he continued his studies at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and received a law degree.

From December 2002 to January 2005, he worked as a lawyer at Talan Private Financial Firm.

From March 2005 to June 2009, he worked at Vinnytsia Vodokanal as a legal advisor of the first category.

In June 2009, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Housing Department of Vinnytsia City Council, Head of the Department for the Development of Condominiums.

In June 2012, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Housing Department of Vinnytsia City Council, Head of the Housing Accounting and Distribution Division of the Department.

In March 2016, he was appointed Director of the Housing Department of the City Council.

In October 2017, he was appointed Director of the Housing Department of Vinnytsia City Council.

In April 2023, he was appointed Director of the Department of Municipal Services of Vinnytsia City Council by transfer.

On October 23, 2024, he was appointed Acting Deputy Mayor by transfer.

He is married and has a daughter.
