Chairman of Vinnytsia City Council

In the elections of October 25, 2020, he was elected a deputy of the City Council of the 8th convocation from Vinnytsia regional organization of the Groisman Ukrainian Strategy political party.

At the 1st session of the City Council of the 8th convocation he was elected Chairman of the City Council.

In the elections on October 25, 2015, was elected to the City Council of 7th convocation.

At the first session of the City Council of 7th convocation was elected Chairman of the City Council.

In the elections on October 31, 2010, was elected to the 6th convocation of Vinnytsia City Council. He headed the permanent commission of the City Council on industry, business, transport, communication and services.

From 2008 to 2015, worked as the commercial director of "Inter-Trade" LTD.

From 1999 to 2007, worked as a private entrepreneur.

In 1998, graduated from Vinnytsia State Technical University with a degree in "Heat, ventilation and the environment protection."

Married. Together with his wife Halyna Yablonska raise two sons Yevhen and Ivan.
