Commissioner of the Mayor for Quality Management, Combating Corruption Threats and Information Security, Executive Committee of Vinnytsia City Council.
Deals with issues of legal policy, controls the legality of holding meetings and rallies, coordinates the work of the executive committee of the city council, its executive bodies and municipal enterprises: Vinnytsia City Bureau of Technical Inventory, Vinnytsia Information Centre, Municipal Guard, as well as mass media outlets founded by the city council.
Was born on 02 August 1976 in Nemyriv, Vinnytsia region.
Has a higher education.
From 1983 to 1993 studied at Nemyriv secondary school No. 1.
In 1998, graduated from Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University with a degree in Physical Education and a qualification as a teacher of Physical Education and Biology. In 2002, graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law and qualified as a lawyer.
From 1998 to 1999, worked as a physical education teacher at Velykobushyn secondary school of the first and second levels.
From 1999 to 2002, studied at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specialising in Law, and obtained a law degree.
From 1999 to 2003, served in the tax police of the State Tax Administration in Vinnytsia region.
From 2003 to 2020, worked at the Prosecutor's Office of Vinnytsia Region as an assistant prosecutor, senior assistant prosecutor, prosecutor, head of division, senior prosecutor, head of department, and deputy prosecutor.
From July to December 2020, worked at Vinnytsia City Council as an advisor to the mayor of the patronage service of the department of organisational support and record keeping of the city council and its executive committee.
From 2020 to 2025, worked at Vinnytsia Regional Council as an advisor to the Chairman, Head of the Management Support Department - Senior Advisor to the Chairman.
On 23 January 2025, was appointed deputy mayor by the mayor's order.
Married, has two children.
