Born on 18 January 1976 in Vinnytsia, Ukraine.

A citizen of Ukraine.

In 1993, entered the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Its Engineering Support of Vinnytsia State Technical University, graduating in 1998 with a degree in Civil Engineering, specialising in Heat and Gas Supply, Ventilation and Air Basin Protection.

In 2014, entered the Kyiv Mohyla Business School (KMBS) at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, graduating in 2016 with a Specialist qualification in Organisational Management and Administration and a Master of Business Administration for Top Managers degree.

Started his career in 1997 at VinnytsiaYugTorg LLC as a manager. In 1999, joined Europa LLC as Deputy Director for Construction. In January 2006, joined Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine LLC, where he worked as a trainee manager, sales floor manager, deputy director, and shopping centre director until July 2010.

Since 2010, has been working abroad. In March 2014, decided to return to Ukraine.

From July 2014 to January 2015, worked as General Director at TPS Real Estate Kyiv LLC. Then, from April 2015 to August 2015, worked as Acting General Director, Director of Technical Programmes at the State Enterprise Centre of the State Land Cadastre in Kyiv.

Since February 2016, has worked as Director of the Institute for Urban Development at the City Council, and in June 2016 was appointed Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia, where he worked until September 2019, when he was appointed Head of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. He resigned in June 2020.

From December 2020 to June 2023, worked at KNESS GROUP LLC as an Advisor to the CEO for International Development, where he was responsible for business development in Poland.

In July 2023, moved to Autostrada Group LLC, where he held the positions of CEO and later Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Since 25 October 2024, has been appointed Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.
