Two Buses Were Presented to Vinnytsia by the Sister City of Kielce - Serhii Morhunov
31 August 2022, 08:57
The buses went to Vinnytsia thanks to the efforts of the Kielce City Hall and the local transport company MPK, which is just celebrating its 15th anniversary. The Barlinek company also helped. The body is decorated in blue-yellow colors.
"On board of the buses there is a symbolic inscription - 'Two Cities - One Heart'. There have been strong ties between our cities for more than 60 years, and since the beginning of the invasion, Vinnytsia has felt the special support of our friends," said Mayor Serhii Morhunov.
He also noted that Vinnytsia has always paid attention to the development of city transport. "Now is not the situation when we can actively work in this direction. However, community life continues - people need to be transported. And help from Kielce today is very appropriate," says Serhii Morhunov.
Currently, the buses are on their way to Vinnytsia. For reference: The buses that will arrive from Kielce are 12-meter Solaris Urbino 12 (2008) low-floor buses. Comfortable and easy to use. Designed for 110 passengers. Equipped with climate control and an autonomous heating system. They have a retractable ramp and work on ecodiesel. This month, the buses passed a technical inspection.
