Panevėžys, our Lithuanian sister city, will provide Vinnytsia with 50,000 euros in aid. The funds will be used to purchase medicines and supplies that are in urgent need. This decision was made by the city municipality. Vinnytsia Mayor Serhii Morhunov wrote about this on his telegram channel.

"Panevėžys also terminated its partnerships with Russian and Belarusian cities - Mytishchi, Kaliningrad, Vitebsk. Russia's war threatens the world, Panevezys Mayor Rytis Račkauskas said. Thank you for your support, Panevėžys!” said Serhii Morhunov.
