Serhii Kraievskyi, Chairman of the Committee on Physical Culture and Sports of Vinnytsia City Council, said that our volleyball team was invited to the international sports festival in the twin city of Bursa by the mayor of the city, Mustafa Bozbey.

‘Our girls are really good! Each victory proves that Ukraine is strong, unbreakable and worthy of the highest positions,’ he said. He also stressed that sister-city relations between the cities open up new opportunities for young people. Thanks to cooperation with Bursa, with which Vinnytsia has had an official partnership since 2004, young athletes have been able to demonstrate their level and gain invaluable experience.

‘Through sports, we not only form a new generation of leaders, but also strengthen international cooperation, develop youth policy, education, culture and urbanism. We are grateful to our girls for their worthy representation of the city and the state,’ added Serhii Kraievskyi.
