Was born in 1956.

Secondary special education. In 1974-1977, studied at the Vinnytsia Medical School, obtained the qualification of paramedic-midwife. Began her career in 1973 as a saleswoman at the Pivdennobuzkyi store.

In 1977-1981, midwife of Luchanskyi medical and obstetric point of Nemyriv district. In 1981-1983, midwife of the women's clinic of the 3rd city hospital. In 1983-2003, was the head of the Desnianskyi medical and obstetric point.

In 2003-2010, Chairperson of Desnianskyi Village Council. In 2010, elected Head of Desna village. Since 2018, Acting Starosta of Desna.

On November 20, 2020, by the decision of the 1st session of Vinnytsia City Council of the 8th convocation, was approved as the Starosta of Desnianskyi Starostynskyi Okruh.
