"In January, we received an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Ukraine, and today, in continuation of our cooperation, we are again receiving a Turkish delegation. Today our meeting is connected with the development of economic partnership. It is important that we establish new contacts for further cooperation. I want to note that we have a successful experience of cooperation with investors and the result is implemented projects in the city," said the Chairman of the City Council Pavlo Yablonskyi.

Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Odessa Birey Yilmazsoy noted that relations between Ukraine and Turkey are developing dynamically in various economic areas.

"I want to thank the mayor Serhii Morhunov, the municipality and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the organized meeting. This is my first time in Vinnytsia and, despite the rain, I managed to get acquainted with the city center. Vinnytsia is a beautiful city with a historical heritage. I want to wish everyone that today's meeting was productive and brought its results. The whole world is now beginning to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. There is a desire to invest and develop business in Ukraine. We are interested in the following potential areas of cooperation: the automotive industry, communication technologies, construction. I believe that cooperation in these areas between Vinnytsia and the city of Sakarya will develop," said the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Odessa Birey Yilmazsoy.

ÜTİK Chairman Ozkan Pinar thanked everyone involved for organizing the meeting during such a difficult time of the pandemic. He added: “As part of my activities, I visited many cities around the world, but after I got to Vinnytsia, I had no need to look for a business market. The city is great for investing. We had a few meetings and discussed what we could do here. We are most interested in such areas as construction, energy, tourism and factory investment."

Deputy Mayor Andrii Ocheretnyi spoke about the investment potential of Vinnytsia. He noted that it is important for Vinnytsia to maintain the reputation of a reliable partner and a city that is one of the most comfortable for doing business, according to the Doing Business rating and Forbes Ukraine.

"First of all, we focus on the development of our industrial parks. We also provide support to investors who intend to implement their projects in Vinnytsia. I think that today's delegation saw that the city of Vinnytsia offers an investment portfolio for their business," added Deputy Mayor Andrii Ocheretnyi.
