Mykhaylyuk Ivan Arkhypovych – First Deputy Mayor
He was born on July 9, 1947 in village Antonove, Kryzhopil district, Vinnytsia oblast. Higher education. In 1976 graduated from Vinnytsia Polytechnic Institute in major Manufacturing Engineering, Metal-cutting Machines and Tools and was conferred qualification mechanical engineer. He started working in 1965 as a turner of Vinnytsia Tool Making Plant; later he worked there as a checker-inspector of Quality Control Department and Measuring Laboratory. After his service at Soviet Army (1968-1971 рр.) he worked at Vinnytsia Plant of Tractor Units. For a long time he was engaged in party and trade-union activities. From 1996 till 2000 he worked as a Head of Department of Industry, Power Engineering, Transport and Communication of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. Since 2000 he has worked as a Deputy and First Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.
Vorona Anatoliy Mykytovych - Deputy Mayor
He was born on October 12, 1948 in urban village Sutysky, Tyvriv district, Vinnytsia oblast. Higher education. In 1975 graduated from Higher Investigator’s School of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR in major Jurisprudence and was conferred qualification Lawyer. He started working in 1968 as a master sergeant- rescuer of I rank at Vinnytsia Rescue Service Station of Regional Communal Services. 1968-1970- service in the Soviet Army. In 1970-1971 worked as a railway tracks service man (III rank) at Vinnytsia Section of the South-Western Railway. In 1971 he worked as a maintenance man (II rank) at Vinnytsia Electromechanical PlantFrom 1971 till 2000 - service in organs of internal affairs of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia oblast. Since 2000 he has worked as a Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.
Gunko Mykola Mytrofanovych - Deputy Mayor
He was born on August 5, 1946 in village Mizyakivski Khutory, Vinnytsia district, Vinnytsia oblast. Higher education. In 1968 graduated from Vinnytsia State Teacher’s Training Institute in major Mathematics and was conferred qualification mathematics teacher. He started working in 1968 as a teacher of mathematics and physics at Kachyrska Secondary School in Pavlodar oblast. In 1968 – 1969- service in the Soviet Army. From 1969 till 1985 he worked as a teacher of physics at Vinnytsia Secondary School No.30, as a methodologist and Head of City Office for Teaching Methods Study; as a Deputy Principal of Inter-School Training-and-Production Centre of Working Education and Career Guidance; Principal of Vinnytsia Secondary School No.15.From 1985 till 1989 – Head of Public Education Department, Vinnytsia City Executive Committee. In 1989 – Deputy Head of Public Education Department, Vinnytsia Oblast Executive CommitteeFrom 1989 till 1992 – Deputy Head of Executive Committee, Vinnytsia City Council of People’s Deputies. In 1992-2002 – Principal of Vinnytsia Secondary School No.3.Since 2002 he has worked as a Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia. He was conferred the honorary titles Honoured Teacher of Ukraine, Honoured Specialist in Education of Ukraine, Laureate of All-Ukrainian Contest Teacher of the Year.
Slyshynskyi Volodymyr Ivanovych - Deputy Mayor
He was born on August 25, 1965 in village Brayilivka, Nova Ushytsia district, Khmelnytskyy oblast. Higher education. He graduated from Interregional Academy of Human Resource Management with major Jurisprudence and was conferred qualification Lawyer. He started working in 1981 as a draftsman at Central Drawing Office of Information -Processing Technologies, and from 1983 till 1989 worked there as a checker-inspector. From 1989 till 1992 he worked at Scientific-and- Production Association “Spectrum”. From 1992 till 2000 he worked as an inspector, senior legal advisor, Head of Information Analysis Department, Deputy Mayor at Vinnytsia City Council. In 2000-2002- assistant - advisor of the people’s deputy of Ukraine. From 2002 till 2005 – Director General of Private Enterprise “Law Firm Yulia”Since 2005 he has occupied a position Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.
Kistion Volodymyr Yevseyovych - Deputy Mayor

1965. Higher education. Graduated from Odessa Construction Engineering
Institute with major Water supply and water drain.
He started
working as a foreman of housing facilities on Yampil utility enterprises centre.Since 1990 worked
as a head of Yampil water and sewer enterprise.Since 2001 worked
as a head of Vinnytsya regional utility manufacturing enterprise of water and
sewer supply “Vinnytsyavodokanal”.Since June 25, 2008 he has worked as a Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsya.
Matusyak Sergiy Volodymyrovych - Deputy Mayor
He was born on August 15, 1967 in village Lozova, Shargorod district, Vinnytsia oblast. Higher education. In 1990 he graduated from Odesa Institute of National Economy with major Economics; in 2003 completed his study at Interregional Academy of Human Resource Management with major Jurisprudence, in 2004 – Odesa Regional Institute of Public Administration under supervision of President of Ukraine and was conferred degree Master of Public Administration.
He started working in 1990 as an economist of Economic Planning Department of Vinnytsia City Council; later he worked there as a Head of Department of Market Relations and New Property Forms Development.
From 1993 till 1995 – Head of Consumer Services Section of Commerce Department, Vinnytsia City Council. 1995-1997- Deputy Director in Economy of Limited Liability Company “Kolos”. 1997-2005- Head of Lease Section; Deputy Head of Communal Property Department, Vinnytsia City Council. Since 2005 he has worked as a Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.
Reva Andriy Oleksiyovych - Deputy Mayor
He was born on July 7, 1966 in town Bogodukhiv, Kharkiv oblast.Higher education. In 1987 he graduated from Leningrad Higher Military and Political School. Military officer with higher military special education. He has got second higher education in major Lawyer. 1983-1987- student of Leningrad Andropov Higher Military and Political School of Air-raid Defense. From 1987 till 1989 – deputy company commander responsible for political issues at the military unit of Armed Forces of the USSR. 1989-1995- worked as a history teacher at Vinnytsia secondary school No.271995-1998 – Head of Vinnytsia City Committee of Teachers’ and Scientists’ Trade Union. 1998-2000- has worked as a Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.2000-2005 – Head of Social Protection Department, Zamostyanska District Council in Vinnytsia. Since 2005 he has worked as a Deputy Mayor of Vinnytsia.
Chornolutskyi Sergiy Grygorovych
Was born on July 2, 1951 in Vinnytsia in the family of officials. Married, has two daughters. Citizen of Ukraine. Higher education. In 1973 graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Radio-Electronics. 1973-1974- military service at Military District Prykarpatskyi. He started working at Vinnytsia Radio Engineering Plant; worked as an engineer, manager of structural units; was encouraged as the best designer by Ministry of Electronic Industry. In 1976-1979 was elected Secretary of Komsomol Committee of Vinnytsia Radio Engineering Plant; then for five years he worked at District Committee Zamostyanskyi, Vinnytsia City Committee of Communist Party. For more than 3 years he worked as a Deputy Head of State Acceptance Office (of National Standard of the USSR) at Production Association “Zhovten”. In 1986 he returned to continue his work at Production Association “Zhovten” ; worked as engineer and manager of structural units. For four years he ran the Limited Liability Company “Zeta”. Member of People's Democratic Party of Ukraine; was elected Deputy Head of Vinnytsia Regional Organization of People's Democratic Party. From 2002 he worked at Vinnytsia City Council as a Head of Communal Property Department, Head of Labour and Social Protection Department, Head of Central Department of Labour and Social Protection. On March 30, 2007 he was appointed Administrator of Executive Committee.
