Quality Policy
The aim of Vinnytsia City Municipality is to carry out tasks in sphere of governmental administration, tasks delegated by the law, and own tasks of the city local government.
Strategic task of Vinnytsia City Municipality is to render high-quality services in compliance with the requirements specified in legislation, incl. requirements of the city self-government and individual requirements of the citizens. Protection of interests and meeting the needs of the citizens are considered to be a necessary prerequisite for a long-term success of Vinnytsia City Municipality.
The work quality is mainly achieved due to a thorough preparation of arrangements connected with administration, services rendering, improvement and maintenance of the city infrastructure, support of the city community initiative.
We aim to introduce a system monitoring of the city operation processes; to establish potential sources of errors, eliminate them on the initial stage, as well as to cooperate with reliable suppliers of goods and services.
We will:
· support economic development, directing our efforts to cooperation both with Ukrainian and foreign organizations and investors.
· promote professional development of the officials of City Executive Committee in sphere of familiarization and application of work methods in compliance with legislation basis of Ukraine and requirements of European norms concerning Quality Management.
Problem of assurance of high level of the city municipality operation, which meets the citizens’ requirements, is a key to introduction and continuous improvement of Quality Management System in compliance with requirements of European Norm EN ISO 9001:2000 and requirements of valid legislation of Ukraine.
We assure you that all the programs, objectives, priorities and obligations connected with the Quality Policy will be formulated by management of the executive body and brought to the notice of the appropriate structural levels.
Quality Policy is adopted by City Council, Resolution No.473 dd.22.09.2006.
